We accept all returns for up to 30 days after purchase. Only items returned in its unworn and unused/new condition will qualify as returns. Please make sure returned items are free from stains, strong odors, and pet hair (some of us have cat allergies).

To exchange an item, we ask that you please re-order. We apologize, as our purchasing system does not give us the option to change your original order. You can re-order your new shirt at any time.

Include a note with the order ID number as well marked Refund.  As soon as our shipping department receives your returned item(s) we will notify you and process your order for a refund, minus shipping charges. Please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to post.

In the event you receive a damaged/incorrect item(s), please contact us immediately so that we may send you further instructions on how to receive an immediate replacement. We ask that you please attach photo evidence of the damaged/wrong item. We will make sure to send your replacement at no cost to you. Any return shipping costs incurred will be reimbursed to you as well.
